Anyone working toward, recently receive, or sign a Stipulated Settlement with the California Board of Registered Nursing?

I'm interested to hear whether or not you were told about a 30 day period between adoption of Settlement and when it becomes effective. If you reply I will most likely have follow up questions for you.

(most interested in settlements offered/reached without involvement of Administrative Law Judge)

Thank you

P.S. If you're going to be in this situation soon/going though now I have a fair amount of knowledge about this process now and am happy to answer any questions I can

No experience. I just looked it up for anyone who may be interested.

Stipulated Agreement:

A licensee facing disciplinary action by the Board may negotiate a settlement or "stipulated agreement." The stipulated agreement is similar to an out-of court settlement in civil suits. The Board must vote to approve all stipulated agreements.

I wish you well.

I assume you have an attorney.

I think anyone who is must face possible discipline by the board should be represented by an attorney.

Hi there. I'm not sure about that 30 day period, but I'm commenting in response to your knowledge about these situations. I'd appreciate any advice you have.
