Still passed with CC page or bad pop-up?

Published

Do you know anyone who passed even though she/he got a bad pop-up?

I took Nclex two days ago and got a bad pop-up. I must have failed, I fear.

I called Pearson Vue and they told me that even if you passed, their website will still let you re-register. I actually called wtice and both times they said that even those who pass get CC page.

I wish they are right. But according to what the students write here all the time, I must have failed and being in denial does not let me accept it yet.

Thank you for reading, and please respond if you have ever known ayone recently who passed with bad pop-up.

My state does not participate in quick results.

They cannot give you that information of weather you fail, thats unethical, but if you think about it, the test will not require you to repay for something if you passed, I took my test on march 5th and got the CC page i cried, i called for my quick results and i really failed, But I retook it on thursday June 21 last week and i got home and check and I got the good pop up and I called 2 days later and I passed my license showed up on the BON the next day after my test

i know ur condition bcoz i wished the same thing whn i got my cc page ....but i failed n my experience said pvt is right n i wish it will wrong for u dear...all the best

Thank you Crystal for the comment. so nice to hear that you passed it. Congratulations. Can

you please, share what did you do different that helped you pass it? I used Kaplan, Hurst and La Charity. I want to retake it in two months so that I do not forget what I already know.

Thank you soo much, honestly it was my nerves that got me the first time, this time around I didnt tell anyone my test date not even my fiance, I just came home last thursday and told everyone I passed they thought I was at the Library they was all shocked lololol, hilarious but anyways...I was broke after I spent all my money on stupid ATI the first time because my school made us use it, but it was soo horrible I hated it I didn't learn anything, but for my 2nd time I did over 6,500 questions total,( 150-200 questions a day) I used Lacharity I did every chapter except the last 2 (20-21) because I left it at my friends house but I still passed, I did saunders, Hogan, Kaplan question trainers and Qbank my other nursing friend passed 2 weeks before me let me use her account I couldn't afford it. I did the meds lecture on Kaplan. I did NCSBN for 3 weeks my friend bought it and we shared the account until it expired (I have really nice friends). But Kaplan question Trainer was the closes thing to Nclex Im still wondering how they can get away with having the same question as the Nclex one of the questions came the exact same way about a pace maker, I didn't even bother to read the other answers I just choose the same thing I did when I was practicing. I seen people do less than what your doing and pass, it all depends on the person, but unfortunately I am one of those people that have to actually study hard to pass lol. first time it shut off at 256 i got a bunch of priotiy who to see first and I didnt know what to choose, it kept giving me chances, but this time it shut off at 106 my last question was an ekg strip I knew I passed and I only had 4 priority this time around.

i've heard even if your state doesn't allow you to do quick results you can go to your SBON website and most people who pass are already on there before they get their official results most people don't think about looking

I know someone who got the bad pop up and passed. the trick is useful but not 100%

some people also will lie about it too so.... im a witness it works

I got the good popup and passed, had a friend from school who got the bad popup and failed. I can't say for sure if that means anything, just our experiences. When she passed taking the test again, she got the good popup.

I have a friend from nursing school who took the NCLEX PN in 2011 and finished at the maximum amount of questions..

Went home, did the PVT "trick" and thought he passed, and when he got his results, he in fact, had actually failed...

So it's not 100% accurate! Just sayin'

Good luck! :]
