STG AND LTG for schizoaffective pt

Hey guys!

I am stuck on some STG and LTG for a project I am doing in school. My patient has schizoaffective disorder and acute stress disorder. Anything pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated this is my first time doing short and long term goals.
