Steps for licensure in Massachusetts for foreign nirse

Hi everyone,

i am applying for registered nurse license in MA. I completed my BSN and hold a license from Nepal. I am a little confused as to where to start. I know that I need a CES from Cgfns. However what I am confused about is:

What is the first step of the application? Should I just apply to cgfns for CES first and then wait till the issuance of CES report from them to apply to MA board of nursing. OR should I apply for CES and to the board concurrently?

Can do either, just note the state will not do anything until they receive all relevant documents
