steps to becoming a school nurse in western wa?

Does anyone know anything about how to become a school nurse like in the King County school districts?

I would really appreciate it if anyone would share their ideas and experiences.

I am an RN, BSN with a little over 1 year of hospital nursing experience, new grad in May '06. I would appreciate any input!
