State of Michigan testing has to be taken within two years of graduation

Have you been told that you have to take your test within two years of graduating in the state of Michigan?

I don't live in Michigan but I would recommend taking NCLEX as close to graduation as possible. I don't really understand postponing it.

It wasn't by choice. I graduated then my son did. I was already to take it then my father-in-law passed away in July, then my mother-in-law in November. So while taking care of their affairs my cousin passed away of a heart attack, then uncle passed away. Then to top it off my mother was diagnosed with dementia. Life happens and that's water under the bridge now. I have to deal with the NCLEX! That was my point of question not waiting.

The Michigan BON will be your best source for information, in that case.

Yes but not until I was ready to sign up to take it.
