Starting a Study Group for TCN rejects :)

I have been "enrolled" with TCN since 2011 a few months after getting my LPN license, super green, naive and brimming with excitement. Until the reality of what TCN really was kicked in. I kicked i screamed i cussed i cried and guess what...I still got to pay!! Sadly enough I am still an LPN. I cant totally blame TCN for their blatant trickery, because i found out i wasnt ready for that type of militant discipline that TCN success story people possess. I now more than ever want my degree and my pay rate to change. Im tired of being a homecare nurse, im tired of the uppity RN noses that act as if the air changed to some putrid shade of cartoon green when i say im an LPN, but most of all im tired of giving these creatons my hard earned money with no degree to show for it!! IM DONE and READY TO WORK!

If you feel the same way i do here is the plan. We will be the instructors of our CLASS aka study group!

Step 1. Use SKYPE (or any other free web viewing service)

Step 2. Read and study 1 chapter per week (depends on length of chapter)

Step 3. Each of us will be responsible for teaching segments of that chapter

Step 4. Type up 5 questions that each team member must complete by the following week for review

We come up with a class schedule for at least 2hours once a week and commit to it as if we were in a traditional online course with a proctor and non negotiable schedule. We will use the syllabus that TCN offers and utilize every resource they have to get our monies "worth".

I have completed the life and development course and passed but must pay to retake it again because it has to now be proctored at a testing site. I am over the anger and rage of having to repay by no fault of mine so with that being said, I want to start at A&P but if the majority wants to start at Life and Development i am ok with that to.

If you have any suggestions to add about how we can make this better i so want to hear it. I want my degree, I want my life!
