I started at 8.72 for AM shift. I'll be making 9.22 for NOC shift in January. This is in southern California

Started out at 8.50 at LTC facility and now I make 10.00 at a hospital.

My starting pay was $11.85 but now I'm at $12.46 but i get shift differentials for evenings and weekends. Been at it for 3 years.
