Starting Over

I started a new job recently and it didn't work out. I know it's for the best but it isn't easy to start over. My main chunk of experience is in dialysis except for assisted living. There are certain places I don't want to work for but may have to because I need to work. My morale is a bit down but I am steadily applying for jobs. I would love to try something different but it is so hard to break out of the dialysis field when you don't have other skills such as surgery etc. Do you have any advice for me?

I think case management would be my 3rd career if I ever leave dialysis.

I have also thought about case management. There are a ton of positions out there.
