I just hear that as of April 1st there will be a new NCLEX LPN format. I am freaking out because I dont think any of the books will help since they are based on the previous test. Anyone who has taken the LPN NCLEX test after this date please respond with tips and helpful insight on the test. Thanks.

From what we were told, they aren't changing the format, they are just upping the passing rate. By 3 points if I'm not mistaken. Again, I could be mistaken, but I think the passing rate is 61 prior to April 1st and 63 after. They up the passing rate every few years (3-4?)
Its no big deal about the books you've been studying from. All the info is still the same. You just have to get more correct than you previously had to.
Best of luck. I will be taking my NCLEX sometime after June 6th.
Thanks for replying. However, the head of our nursing department at our school says that there will be more , select all that apply, fill in the blank, click on the correct body part. She also said because of the feedback from employers they are making the test "harder". So thats why I'm panicking. any help from anyone who has taken the NCLEX PN will be greatly appreciated.
Yes there will be more select all that apply, put in proper order etc..but the content of the info is the same.
Harder yes, it will be harder but its only upping the passing rate another 2-3%. Not much at all, so its not THAT much harder than the ones that took it prior to April 1st
