Relax would be the most important and fun thing to do! But if you want to get prepared get yourself a good planning system in place. Most people become so overwhelmed by the amount of work and info that is tossed at them. Just get yourself a good calendar that you can carry with you everywhere that has plenty of room to write everything down. If you know your instructors name and they have a web page, check if there are any notes you can print out. You may even find a sylabus.
Good luck!

That is all I have time for. I am in my 4th and last Nursing semsester, and it is absolutely the most difficult thing I have ever done in my life! I live at the Library. I struggle because I was a HS drop out and didn't get very far in the sciences. So I am constantly in the Library. Fortunately I have a fabulous study partner that is dedicated to the cause. She has such a drive. I have a Husband, and 4 children and I work fultime during the day. On the evenings that I do not have class- I am usually at the Library at one of the local colleges near my home. It happens to stay open until 11:00pm! and 1:00am on Sundays. I say all of this to tell you- it is not easy- you must be driven and determinged to make it through. Just keep the big picture in mind and you will be fine. Buckle up and hold on! :uhoh21:

If I were you, try to relax a little and get yourself prepare and organize for nursing school. If you have to take the drug calculation test, review, review, and review. At my school, if we don't pass the drug calculation test, we can't take clinical. I'm starting nursing school on Sept. 6 and I'm soooo nervou. Good thing my school uses a online's blackboard to post review materials, powerpoint lecture notes, clinical information, and etc....VERY HELPFUL! Since this my first semester, I don't know what to expect
Anyway, I hope you have a GREAT semester!
