hi, im new to dis forum, im a fresh graduate, and starting to work on my papers to work abroad especially in california. can u help me on wat is s first thing i shud do? thankyou:nuke:

First, we ask that you do not use text messaging and use proper English and grammar here as you will need to pass the English exam before you can work abroad.
There is actually no application for the NCLEX exam, you will be applying for licensure as an RN. You can select the state that you wish, but please take the time to read here why we never recommend CA for initial licensure for one that does not have a SSN#.
You are also looking at about five years for a chance at a green card, suggest that you take and write your local license so that you can get experience someplace.
Please read the Primer at the top of this forum as well as the thread about what to do when you have gone for licensure in CA but they do not issue a license to you without the SSN#, and therefore not a USRN.
Then come back if you have questions, but you need to do some research first. And I also took the liberty of moving your question to the International Forum as you have additional requirements that you will need to meet.
