Hey! Do you know if we tell them what we want from the division ? Such as putting transplant as our #1.

Based on the information Stanford Tips and Tricks recorded video. The candidate doesn't get to choose the specialty within the given division.

Hello! Congrats everyone! Has anyone else heard anything this week? I switched from checking every ten minutes to every five minutes....?

Good luck today and tomorrow everyone ?

Thank you!! Good luck to you as well ?

How have interviews been going so far? I have mine tomorrow.

I did my ICU interview today and thought it was super organized and straightforward!

Thank you for sharing! Will you be finding out today if you move on since there’s no interviews tomorrow ? So exiting !

That’s good to hear! Good luck to you.
Were the questions they asked similar to the ones they provided during the interview prep webinar?

I believe on Zoom they mentioned that ICUs will be having interviews as well tomorrow. I think it was ED that was one day only? Hopefully, I hear back by the end of tomorrow or Wednesday!

I learned a lot during this panel interview: be yourself, relax and answer the questions entirely. I interviewed with very well prepared candidates. They were rockstars. I did OK-but could have done better. I do not think I will advance but was grateful for the opportunity.  Don’t be nervous and you guys will do great! Wishing you all the very best! Happy nurses week ?

I totally agree! It’s so hard to compare yourself to other interviewees, just be confident in yourself and the experiences have brought you to this point! Still hoping for the call back though ??

Specializes in RN.

I interviewed for Surgical unit today and it was very straightforward!
of course it was very nerve wracking and I blanked out a couple of times but it definitely was a great experience and learned a lot from other panels!!

good luck everyone!!
