Has anyone not been able to use all 250 words on the application for the short essay?

Hello, 

^^^ I had a friend run into this problem! The email response from the application team was that it is also a character limit so she said to make sure and remove any extra spacing, etc.

Hi! not a new grad, but is the competition hard for a nurse with 8 years of experience to apply to LCPH?

You can't apply if you have RN experience this cycle

I am assuming experienced nurses don't need to join the residency program? They can just apply to posted openings?
