Hi. I just submitted an online application for staff nurse position at Dr. Fe Del Mundo Hospital. They immediately messaged me for an interview tomorrow. Any interview tips? Also, do I still need to undergo a 3-month trainee stage?

The interview went great. It's just a one day process. So, you'll be interviewd by the HR first. Then series of tests. Then, final interview with the Chief Nurse.

Then, how many days did you wait before they hired you? Did they hire you after your interview with the chief nurse? Thanks for the reply! ^^

We are supposed to know the result on the same day but because we finished late we did not get the result immediately. But I received a call and a message 1 week after the application process.
