So what was your first like and what did you take? Did you have to take any non-nursing classes with it?
It was rough!! But I made it! I took my pathophysiology with my nursing classes and clinical. I wouldn't reccommend it if you CAN avoid it. It's a lot of info. in such a small amount of time, and I can't believe how many people have dropped. It's scary. The grading scale is 76% and above=passing. Below that and you fail the class, and if you fail one (76% or lower) then you have to drop BOTH classes and petition to get back in the next beginning (fall) quarter. And let me just say that it is real easy to get a C on a test bc it is a lot of critical thinking. I hope to see all my classmates next quarter!!!!!
Who did you have for PATHO? I already took it, and thought the class was really interesting. It is a hard class, but I made it through and with all the hard work and prayers I ended up with an "A." I really wish you the best of luck!!

Congrats! good news and bad news--bad news is that you will probably lose more of your classmates. We lost a lot more than I expected even up to 6th and 7th qtrs. good news--I remember 1st quarter. Everything seemed so far away still, but you know ,the time will start to fly and before you know it, you will find yourself preparing for your pinning ceremony and graduation. I just graduated June 8th from CSCC. I almost can't believe it is over ! I won't know what to do with all that free time.
