St. Paul's School of Nursing 2017

Published

is there anyone out there applying to St Paul school of nursing in the spring 2017 or fall 2017 in queens New York

Questiion: Did you hand in your medicals at SPON & uploaded them on campus link?

When one of my classes was posted i only have done the background check and drug screen.

Monday I just handed in my medicals and finish financial aid and I saw the rest of my classes yesterday

I uploaded them on castle branch first than once I was done I hand it in.

Hi queens students, did you guys receive your meet and greet/orientation date yet?

Also, on the medical form did you guys see a section for the Flu vaccine. Seems as though I'm the only one attending Staten island's campus lol

Orientation is May 1st 9-4pm

And there's no form for flu vaccine but when you log onto castle branch you see they have it as a requirement. But the flu vaccine season past because they want it taken between August-march 2016.

I did mine in April and they rejected it but I think the flu shot is for clinicals. So I'll be fine being that clinical is not until next semester or so

@Ladiikay_xx Thank you! You are such a big help in this forum!

Hey guys. Unfortunately I have to look elsewhere because I tested positive on their drug test from smoking a joint awhile back in February (stupid I know, but please spare me the lecture). It was a moment of lapse of judgement and I made a mistake. It sucks, and I'm feeling bummed out about it but I will move forward. So a seat will open up for sure in their Queens campus. Now I'm just stuck on what to do, and weighing my options. I'm not sure if I should just go straight for a four year with CUNY York or something alike, or try and find another 2 year private school. I'm open for suggestions. I have most pre-reqs done averaging a ~3.5 gpa.

Theres ASA college, Swedish institute

You should apply there

Hello all on this forum. I am new to allnurses as a registered member as of a few minutes ago, but I've been a reader since searching for St. Paul's reviews earlier this year. I want to say I appreciate these posts and have been following. I am thankful for this forum and all of your posts! I am on now because I have more answers from St. Paul's S.O.N. (meaning I didn't know how far I was going to get), but I am accepted as a SI student, you are not alone there @Ambitiousnurse. Congratulations all for getting accepted! @Ladiikay, you are awesome and sweet, very encouraging, and @Uniquetreasurez you have been super with all the info you share as well.
