St.Pauls School Jan 2015

Published

Hello all,

New on this board was just curious if anyone on here was applying to Saint Pauls School of Nursing for the January 2015 semester. I was also curious if there was any current or previous students that could answer questions regarding scheduling there and general inquiries.

Thanks look forward to replies,

Nicholas

Is anyone accepted at the Staten Island location?

I was accepted to the Queens location for the evening program, what about everyone else?

not yet but I wanted to know if they had called you or you received a letter? Congrats by the way.

I received the letter during the meeting with the president. Prior to that was just the phone call letting me know.

The President told you the same day you interviewed that you were accepted?

I walked into the room and the first thing the president told me was that I was accepted. He handed me the letter and than we talked.

These are the type of inconsistencies that make me nervous about this school. He told me he had the last word on who gets accepted, and that based on the interview he would make his decision. I heard that this school accepts waayyyy too many students and then do shady things to fail people and kick them out of the program.

Could be a difference in Staten Island location and Queens. Queen might be more popular. More school choice on Staten Island.

I hope so! I'm so nervous about this school, but so eager to become an RN. It's driving me nuts!

Hello, i'm currently attending St. Pauls. Have any of you applied/been accepted to other schools? If so, I strongly advise you to consider attending one of those nursing programs.

Why? Can you be specific with what's going on with the school?
