Hello everyone! I wanted to start this thread for everyone who applied to the very first NNRP cohort for St. Joseph's Medical Center. Good luck everyone!

Invites went out for the interview event. Some people said they were invited on Thursday and some said they received their invitation on Friday. It seems the interview event will have hiring managers from all the specialties included in the NNRP postings.

I wonder if they will have second round of interviews or if it was just that one panel one?

My friend and I heard the Chief Nursing Officer say her goal was to have offers out in 2-3 days and there would be no further interviews. I've seen other comments that people were told from different managers that formal interviews will still take place. It may end up being different for each unit.

Which departments said 2nd interviews?

I also heard the CNO say that this was the only interview and offers would go out in 1-2 days. I am hoping to hear something soon!

I think someone said ED. It was a comment on the "New Grad RN-Bay Area Ca" fb page.

Mine also says under review. Seems like previous dignity jobs it goes under "under hiring manager review" for some people
