St. John's in Springfield-what do you think?

I am considering working at St. John's Hospital in Springfield on their telemetry floor. Has anyone worked there or works there right now that would be willing to tell me what its like? Do they treat patients well? Do they have good orientation for a new grad? Also I will be relocating form Iowa if I do take the job....what is the cost of living like? They don't pay very much:(

congrats on the job! One of my BFF's, Rachel, works as an x-ray tech in the ER there and she loves it. I am hoping to one day work for St Johns in St Louis myself.
