Soooo question. What should I expect for my first pharm exam. This exam is covering drugs where as the last one was kind of the history of pharm etc. Any comments would be helpful! Thanks in advance! :)

I would have no idea since I don't go to your school or know your instructor.

As stated by previous poster, since we do not go to your school, we don't know the information that is being covered. Some general advice I would offer which has been serving me well so far in my pharmacology class and that my instructor continues to stress on. Know the prototypes of the drugs that you are studying. Don't try to memorize the list of adverse effects, but understand the underlying physiology of the drug. What does it do in the body, what changes does it produce, what would you expect the drug to be indicated for based upon the response it produces. Also based on the physiology what are the adverse effects that you would expect to see with the drug, who would the drug be contraindicated for? Good luck.
