St. David's Medical Center in Austin, TX

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone on here has interviewed for the new grad residency at St. David's Medical Center in Austin, TX. I may have an interview very soon for their IMC/ tele unit and I was hoping someone can give me tips on how to prepare, what types of questions to expect, is it a panel interview, and any tips. Thank you in advance, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dee21, i had an interview at St. David's last week and they usually ask behavioral type of questions like " how to handle rude patients, when was the time you go above and beyond your duty etc etc. But the main thing is just be yourself and you'll be fine :)
