Starting your reading, underlining important aspects of the book, and making notes are extremely helpful. If you have time before your start your program, you will be ahead of everyone else. This will reduce the pressure/stress and enable you to tweak your notes to match those of your professor's. Good for you for being proactive. Proactivity will help you in the future.:twocents:
