Spring '09 Grads- The Countdown's On!!

I have 15 days left until pinning, 16 until commencement...

This last semester hasn't been too bad, aside from the fact that not many places seem to be hiring.

How is everyone else doing?? How many days left for you??

41 days until commencement, 40 days until pinning. I've completely lost my motivation this semester and our instructors are starting to catch on. I have 2 exams, 1 quiz, 2 papers, 1 group paper, 2 group presentations, 1 individual presentation, and a portfolio all due before graduation, most of it due the last week of April. Motivation to want to do much after then is slim. I've been on 3 job interviews, but 2 were for positions not limited to "new grads" and 1 still requires me to do 3 hours of shadow time tomorrow. I have an interview scheduled as a backup for the beginning of May. *crosses fingers*

I fizzled out about half way though the semester... It's been a huge challenge, but hey, were almost there.

I hear you on fizzling out. I'm still going through the motions but I've stopped going to the one class where everything is taught via Powerpoint presentations with little to no discussion in a lecture hall of 75.

Thanks for the interview support! It's hard because I know there are ALOT of new grads in my area applying for the same positions, but not everyone gets interviews, right?
