Spreadsheet for FNP Leik 2nd Ed. Practice Questions

I found it difficult going back and forth between answers in my Kindle version of the FNP Leik review book practice questions, so I made this spreadsheet in Google docs to grade myself as I go, then I go just review the questions I've missed. Hope this helps others studying for their certification exam!

To use it, click the link below. It can be viewed, but not edited, without signing in to your Google account. To use it, you must sign in, select File--> Make a copy... Then give it a name, and click OK. It is now privately copied to your Google account for your use.

NOTE: THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS NO QUESTION OR ANSWER CLINICAL CONTENT, that stuff's copyrighted. This only contains the A/B/C/D of the answers. The 2nd Edition FNP Certification Intensive Review book is required for this to be of any value to you.

How to use the document:

There's two columns, one will grade you immediately ("Response"), simply enter the letter of your answer to the question and press enter. The adjacent column ("Unformatted Response") is there so that you can enter your responses, then copy them into the "Response" column when you're ready to be graded.

Number of questions answered, number correct and incorrect, and percent correct are displayed at the top.

The answer key is in a hidden column, so you don't accidentally overwrite it, but it can be displayed as needed if you would like to review it or need to change it.
