I couldn't find out what SPO means (sexually preoccupied patient?). Also, it would be helpful to know the gender, age, diagnosis, any comorbidities and medications. For example, if this is a challenging behaviour from a dementia patient there are a range of different possibilities to try out. That said, here are a few possibilities I found:
