before i invest in spira shoes, can some of you help with my questions please?i have plantar fasciitis ... both heels... really bad this week in one heel. ??? taking prednisone pills helps along with specific a.m. & p.m. stretching. i too can't be on my feet and longs very long it seems. do you think the spira shoe would help this?also, are stna's and lpn's and rn's (in ohio--at ohio hospitals etc.), really allowed to wear this style of shoe? they look like a tennis shoe.thanks. 0 Likes
franrnaz Jun 25, 2009 I have worn spira genesis running shoes for about 2 years. They provide the shock absorption and my feet and legs and back do not bother me at the end of a day. Make sure you get the ones with 3 springs inside. I would not wear anything else! Good luck. When I had plantar fascitis a few years ago, I wore RC CLOGZ LIGHT AND HAD NO PAIN. WHEN PAIN WAS GONE, I PURCHASED THE SPIRA. NO MORE PAIN ANYWEAR. Edited Jun 25, 2009 by franrnaz spelled clogz wrong 0 Likes
franrnaz Jun 25, 2009 Sorry. Shoes are R CLOGZ LIGHT BY CHEROKEE that stopped my plantar fascitis pain, then I purchased SPIRA. I wore them all the time, never went barefoot. No reoccurence. GOOD LUCK! 0 Likes
