before i invest in spira shoes, can some of you help with my questions please?

i have plantar fasciitis ... both heels... really bad this week in one heel. ??? taking prednisone pills helps along with specific a.m. & p.m. stretching. i too can't be on my feet and longs very long it seems. do you think the spira shoe would help this?

also, are stna's and lpn's and rn's (in ohio--at ohio hospitals etc.), really allowed to wear this style of shoe? they look like a tennis shoe.

thanks.

I have worn spira genesis running shoes for about 2 years. They provide the shock absorption and my feet and legs and back do not bother me at the end of a day. Make sure you get the ones with 3 springs inside. I would not wear anything else! Good luck.

When I had plantar fascitis a few years ago, I wore RC CLOGZ LIGHT AND HAD NO PAIN. WHEN PAIN WAS GONE, I PURCHASED THE SPIRA. NO MORE PAIN ANYWEAR.

Sorry. Shoes are R CLOGZ LIGHT BY CHEROKEE that stopped my plantar fascitis pain, then I purchased SPIRA. I wore them all the time, never went barefoot. No reoccurence. GOOD LUCK!:yeah:
