which speciality is better for a new grad?

Is it true that it is better to start working in medsurg unit as new grad , they told me nurses who started working in critical care unit are not able to hundle more than 2 pts.

You'll find lots of different opinions on that issue. Mostly, it depends upon the individual person. For some people stating on a general med/surg unit is great. For others, it is the kiss of death to their careers. For some, the ICU is a perfect fit. For others, it is a disaster.

The trick is to choose the job that best meets your personal needs and wants. That type of job -- whatever it is -- is the the BEST place to start YOUR career.
