Hi fellow nurses, I'm getting my nursing degree next year and I'm wondering if its difficult to work in the usa as a foreing nurse (I'm from Spain). What would I have to do to achieve this goal?. Is it true that spanish nurses are the most wanted worldwide?
Cheers.

Once you graduate you need to look at the state requirements of the state board of nursing you plan on living in. Once you meet requirements and pass NCLEX you then need to find a employer willing to wait the x number of years it will take for you to arrive and work in the US. Some states require a US SSN before accepting application and some states will not issue a license without a US SSN and that can not be applied for until in the US on a valid work/immigrant visa
