Southwest rancho/inland valley sep. 2025

Published

Hi guys,

I've recently applied to the pcu new grad program and ED positions starting in September. This is my first time and would like to know if anyone has experience applying to this hospital. How is the hiring process and if they take a while to get back to you?

Inland valley: hiring 4 for the pcu

interviewing: 12

recieved: 250 applications

Can anyone tell me a little about this hospital? The work environment, pay as a new grad in the new grad program, patient ratio, resources available, and whether they are known to invest in their staff?

Has anyone interviewed with them? I have one in 1.5 weeks for PCU & would like more information about the hospital. Thanks!

Did anyone get the glitch email saying I tried to reach you but was unsuccessful from Rancho Springs for ER new grad position?

Yes, I did. I'm a bit confused because I got a follow up email saying that it was a mistake and my application is still being considered. Did you get that as well?

Specializes in Emergency Medicine.

I received the same email and called HR. they said over 100 people called in to report and stated on the phone that it was an error.

Did anyone here apply to Wildomar? I was curious if there was a September start for Wildomar, as I applied to an October med surg start.

I applied to the October one too. Murrieta and Wildomar have one application for both hospitals most of the time. This is one of the few times I've seen seperate applications. I did apply for the September and they had one application for both sites.

Did you get your answers? I know they start you at $47.20. There is no night shift or weekend differential. Their residency is 13 weeks. California has regulations on patient ratios so I'm sure it's followed by that depending on the unit you would start in. PCU should be like 1:3 or 1:4. There are reviews on it on a lot of different platforms. You could even put it into chat gpt or read reviews on Glassdoor.

Has anyone heard anything from the October 13 start date?

I applied to both southwest and inland valley for the October start date. Only one of those applications are "under review,” but IDK which one it is. The other one still says "received.” Besides that I have not heard anything.

Mine says "under review" too. It looks like they removed the job posting. I don't see it active anymore. Hopefully they start calling for interviews soon 🙂
