Hey All!

Has anyone applied to Southwest Healthcare System's (Murrieta) New Grad program? I just received an email inviting me to take a Pre-Qualification Test! Just wanted to know who applied this round so I can start a support group! God bless everyone! :)

What did the essay involve? I did the pretest and they told me the essay is next but, they haven't told me anything else about it yet.

Just out of curiosity I was wondering if anyone has gotten an answer on how long our contract is? I have asked but they weren't sure... Did ysll pick up your new hire paperwork yet? I just did today

Ours involved their mission and values and how you would contribute to them, just speak from the heart!

How was the interview process? I've been told it's both group and individual?

When I went back to hr with all my finished paperwork, they give u a new grad form to sign and I believe that's where I saw how long your contract is. Mine said 2 years and I asked hr after and she read it and confirmed.

They have a group of applicants interviewing at the same time, however all applicants are interviewing with different interviewers. And then u switch.

Noone called me about my schedule either!!! It's already Sunday lol I called this morning just to let them know that I haven't gotten a schedule!

I got mine through the 22nd, I'm with 3 different preceptors. I'm on 2 east so I'm sure you will get yours today!!
