I was hired there as a new grad Rn last year. It was a nice place to work. They had a lot of agency nurses working there, they were very nice people. I left because I was placed with a Lpn (great person) she was new to the hospital environment and had most of her training in a ltc setting. I felt that I was being set up for failure. Thinking back I would still be there had I had the nerve to speak up and tell my nursing supervisor how I felt about my orientation. Good luck to you! Im sure you will love it there.
