Southwest community college spring 2015 hopefuls!

I made a 115. Low- but was just excited i made it. I have been out of school for 21 years so i didn't think i would make a high score. I studied this book: The Review Guide for NLN-RN Pre-Entrance Exam, Third Edition. Was alot of basic math- decimals and fractions. Not alot of anatomy. Physics. Reading comprehensions and vocabulary.

Hello. Has anyone taken psychology and nutrition on line? I am considering these for the Fall session. But then, today I realized that I still need a humanities class. I am considering holding off on that one and taking it the first summer after our first semester of nursing school. Any thoughts/suggestions? I'm thinking it may seem like a "break" after a semester of nursing.

Thanks- good to know someone that had taken them both online. i will stick with that for fall and wait on the humanities. Surely- that wont affect getting accepted into the program. Hope you have a good week. I have one final left tomorrow :)

I'm taking Psychology & Chem online this semester. I'm hopeful that it'll go well. a ton of busy work already. I should be fine though. I'm finished with my Nursing pre1reqs and will sign up for the NLN next week. Hopefully I will do well & apply for the Spring.

Take Piyatilake Adris for Anatomy & Stacie Woolard for Micro. You WILL NOT regret it! They are awesome. Micro may be a bit much for the Summer in my opinion.

Hi everyone! I am applying for Spring 2015. I have already taken Micro and AP 1 and I just finished up my AP 2 in this summer session. Taking the NLN Exam in July and then I will be applying. I have a degree in Psychology from the UofM so my psych, nutrition, etc is already done (which is nice). I'm working hard every day toward my goal and glad there's somewhere to come to talk to others on a similar journey.
