Southeast Florida jobs for recovering nurses

I was scheduled to complete a 2 year contract with IPN in a few months (board ordered) and can't find a job anywhere. This means my contract will continue as one stipulation for completion is to work in nursing for one year. In the meantime, my nursing license shows Obligations/Active along with the complete investigation and outcome as well as 'suspension stayed' I have been in nursing for over twenty years and have good references but unable to get a job. I suspect part of the problem is my age (62), although employers won't say that.

I am desperate to work a few more years and hoping someone out there has some good input to help me land a job. I love nursing, my patients love me, and past employers give me good references but are not "IPN friendly". What to do. Where to look.
