Hello everyone! I joined to be more involved in discussions. I wish I had joined prior to returning to to South University for my BSN. It was one of the worst mistakes. I enrolled on March 12th of last year. I was in my 8th nursing classes when they added on 13 classes for prerequisites, which I had taken all of but 2. My battle started then and has continued. During the enrollment process I had several red flags but I trusted a southern university and chalked it up to my nerves. At all of the schools I applied to I only lacked core nursing classes so I confirmed this multiple times. I have two bachelors and I went back to take the nursing specific classes like statistics and chemistry prior. They have manipulated and lied beyond belief. Please I lost all those months that I gave 110 percent and all of those classes...don't ignore this. There education management corporation just settled a 99.5 million dollar lawsuit for consumer fraud and illegal recruiting on November 16th and I also found they are on probation for their second year with the southern colleges association. Please fellow nurses listen to your peers and your gut. Do not let this happen to you! I am available by email or phone if you want. I didn't listened to the ratings and reviews because I thought everyone was quick to complain. Please do your research!

Thank you for this. Was trying to look up their program and even that was difficult. I went there once and was turned off, but now with my RN license I was looking at their RN -bsn program. Seems like it's not worth the trouble
