Just be you and know your patient population. Know your vent settings/ekgs/medications (pressors,sedation, etc.) . Goodluck!

How long after the email of "we received your application and are doing a holistic assessment of it" did you wait to get an invite to interview? I submitted my application Feb 20th but didn't get the email until March 3rd. Just wondering if it was a quicker or longer process for invitation.

Submitted application 12/24, got the holistic review email 12/30 and interview invite 1/28
