I'm sorry but no. I do not call the people I work for, clients. They are my patients. I do not charge them nor solicit them. I care for them. I have gone to (or am going to) school for my professional designation as a registered nurse. I can't stand the term "client". Seriously. We are not in retail.
And when I go to a hospital, I am a paying customer, and I expect to be treated as a customer. Also I cannot stand being called a guest in a retail store. I am not a guest, but rather a paying customer.
I can - and have - changed providers and hospitals because I did not care for various aspects of how they treated me. They lost me as a customer.

Since you're so busy you probably shouldn't be wasting your precious time responding to lowly students and waiting for their replies.
I love how some nurses on here assume student = no idea what it's like to work. Yes I'm an RN student... That's worked in health care for four years and knows what it's like to work a 12 hour shift and deal with unpleasant patients, clients or whatever you'd like them to be called. Sorry I didn't get to write "RN" after my name, I guess that makes my experiences in the field worthless.
