Sore Hands !

Just wondering if any of you nurses have this problem. The corners of my fingertips are constantly cracking and bleeding. I actually have large fissures on about 7 of my fingers right now. It is worse in the winter. This is not a good thing for a nurse ! I apply had cream each time I was my hands at work (which is a lot ) Do any of you have this problem, and if so...what can I do about it ? I thought about going to a dermatologist . Maybe I am lacking in some essential nutrient.....not sure. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks :)
