Soon-to-be New ADN: How to find a job around D.C.

I will be graduating with an ADN in May 2020. I will be moving to the D.C. area shortly after graduating. I have been doing job searches for new grads. I would love to do a residency or fellowship program or some kind of graduate to nurse transition with my first job.

I am having a hard time finding positions that are available for a) new nurses with 0 experience b) ADN nurses. Some of the programs required you to have a BSN or 1 - 2 years experience! Also, I am not familiar with the hospitals in the area. I would love to go to a job fair, if anyone knows of one going on in March or April!!

Does anyone have any insights about good hospitals/institutions to look into that will hire a Nurse I. My only other qualification is that my previous degrees are in Spanish.
