Soon to be grad-need resume advice!

Hi everyone! I will be graduating in December and have been working on my resume. I am struggling with how to structure it. Should I start with an objective and then go into education, clinical experience, skills/certifications, job experience, and volunteering or should I reorder this. I have heard that the top 1/4 page of your resume is the most important and I am not sure what should be the top 2 or 3 things. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
