Hi! I just applied for SSU. Did you guys add a letter of verification from your employer when you applied on NursingCAS? I just submitted my resume only.

Heyy again, I got admitted to the university but I checked my portal and it says "You were not accepted to the nursing major. Competition for the Nursing program is very competitive and the Nursing Department has had to make difficult decisions in the selection process." Welp out of 10 schools I've applied I got rejected from two already haha

Hi guys!

I got an email "congratulations on your admission to SSU" last night. However, it doesn't say anything about Nursing program. IDK that means I got accepted or not. If anyone gets the same situation please share. I'm so confused RN.

Did you check your portal? I found out there. Go to Applicant Self Service then you'll see on your To Do List whether you got in or not. Or maybe they're just sending rejection decisions RN cause I didn't get in LOL

check your portal. they did not select me to be apart of their nursing program but I got in with my alternate major

I did't get in either. Tbh happy I wasn't accepted considering the widely known fact that there is a serial killer in that area right now. I mean look at the last SSU reddit post. Congrats to everyone accepted though!!

It said "undeclared major,” which means they rejected me, right? They keep sending about 4 emails of congratulations, which makes me so confused. Anyway, thank you for your info.

I just checked on my portal and I found out "undeclared major" ?‍♀️
