For my classmates last year it was true! The people who waited until 6 am for the application to open got interviews right away and got in, the ones that did it later on got nothing

How long after applying do interview invitations typically go out?

IDK if they changed anything this year but last year and the year before it was first come first serve! I also got the link to schedule the interview right after I finished the self paced interview the first 2 times I applied. But I think this year might be different, too many applicants are applying. Internal opened on 12/10. Applications close on 12/19

So in June when I applied for Aug 2025, it look about 1 week.

For Tarzana in person interviews will be scheduled for the week of Jan 5th

Mostly scenario-based. 5 clinical questions & the standard 3 behavioral (tell me about yourself,  tell me about a time you had a conflict, if you had a difficult patient, etc...)

For St. Joseph's, you had 2 mins to answer the clinical questions.

Tarzana was a panel of intervieewes.

Hi! Quick question! What units were you applying for at Providence Little Company of Mary? I wanted to know how is the interview process. The program opens up to apply and has all these units available. I'm wondering how do they interview you and give you scenario based questions? Do they ask the unit? Or can it be any unit they ask you case scenarios about? I appreciate any feedback 🥹 I'm new here 💗

Hi!

I didn't apply to Little Company of Mary. I applied to St. Joseph Medical Center, Holy Cross, St. John's & Tarzana.

Tarzana and St. Joseph invited me.

Tarzana had Med-Surg, Neuro/Sepsis Tele, ED & Float Pool.

PSJMC had Neuro, Cardiac and Sepsis Tele & Med-Surg and Bariatric Med-Surg.

When I checked in for my interview, the registrants asked me to rank my units in preference order.

It is a mix of questions, so they can pretty much ask you about anything.

Reset my text questionnaire for Providence St. Joseph, Holy Cross & Tarzana because I realized I needed to update experience area and it said "Interview invites will be sent out on Dec. 22." Just as an FYI!

Thank you for this! I wonder if this is for all locations?
