SN-Covid?

I’m a student nurse in my second year of an associate s degree program and finishing up my first medsurg class. Due to Covid-19 all clinicals are cancelled. What I’m being told is we will be doing “simulated clinical” online and all of our classes are now online until further notice as well. I’ve read a few articles on the possibility of allowing student nurses on the floor in high need areas. I want to help and I need the experience. If anyone has any information on this please let me know. I live in Virginia but I’m willing to travel to where support is most needed.
