*******Twitter Day!*****
On this coming Wednesday, 2/17/16, starting at 0800, we will be having a 24 hour Twitter party! We are asking that everyone tweet and re-tweet during this 24 hour period using the twin hashtags #SMYSOfficial and #NursesTakeDC
When the tweet-time starts, make sure you tweet directly to all the media/nursing organizations/health care organizations you can find....both local and national. You can do this by going to their individual twitter pages and selecting the "tweet to" option under their profile.
To start with, we need to tweet Janie's post about the partnership among SMYS for Change, the Rally for National Nurse-to-Patient Ratios, A Voice for Nurses Now and Nurses for National Patient Ratios. All media, health care and nursing organizations in particular need to receive this tweet.
Tweet away any and everything you can find or see about the need for national nurse-to-patient ratios!
If anyone has questions, please, please feel free to ask them below. We want this to work. Although we may not "trend" the first time, this effort will be great training for all of us.
