Slated for personal appearance with nursing board

Hello....I'm looking for advice/words of wisdom in the following matter. In the summer of 2014 I was pulled over and charged with an OWI. No other cars or people involved, just stupid little ole me. So when my license came up for renewal, I of course had to email an explanation of my misdemeanor to the board. It has been nearly a month, license still valid during review process, so I emailed someone asking about the delay. He tells me that the compliance department has slated me for a personal appearance and to be watching the mail for the notice. Since all this has happened, I've been in counseling where I'm randomly tested for alcohol. I go to two group and one individual session each week and two AA meetings as well as quitting drinking altogether. Do you think my nursing license will be successfully renewed? Thanks for any knowledge or advice related to this is much appreciated.

I imagine the board is pissed you didn't disclose the incident until way after the fact when your license was up for renewal
