As a new graduate new to the OR I am finding guidance for surgical prep lacking. We were shown the basics - abdomen. Any resources would be appreciated.
Specifically:

1) Bilateral mastectomies with axillary dissection, DIEP flaps or adductor flaps?

2) Betadine prep for circumcision or male cysto? Male foley insertion makes sense because we have a designated dirty hand...I have been shown  many different ways but all of them seem to contaminate by retracing...

thanks in advance.
