How do your hospitals handle yearly skills competencies?  We used to do yearly skills days but since we moved to 12 hour shifts it's always a beast to schedule.  Skills fairs never catch everyone and no one learns anything from online learning.  Has anyone found a reliable way to run these regular skills trainings/evaluations?
