Single to Married Name Query

Hello fellow nurses! I am currently waiting for my fiance visa interview here in the Philippines and since my husband - to - be wants me to pursue my nursing career in the US, he said that i should start processing the requirements for my NCLEX application as early as possible.

I know that the first thing I need to do is to take care of my CES report. So, i created an account at CGFNS but didn't make the CES payment yet because I wanted to make sure that I am doing the right thing. Fiance visa gives me 90 days to get married once I land in the US, and for sure, I will use my husband's last name after that because that's what we both want. Now, I would like to know if it's better for me to work on my CES report while I'm still in the Philippines and use my maiden name, then have it changed to my married name after? Or should i just wait after i get married in the US? I'm quiet confused. I want the one that's hassle - free. Please enlighten me. Thanks!
