Sign in Bonus

Hello!

I'm from Germnay and I hope to take my NC-LEX at the end of this summer!

I would like to ask if anybody knows if here in the Raleigh/Durham Area the hospitals give Sign In Bonus and how much would it be?

And have foreign graduate nurses a good chance to get a job as a RN?

Be advise that example: $2500.00 sign on bonus=about $1400.00 pocket after taxes. But if you don't like the place or vice versa. then you owe back the full $2500.00. Now what i would do if you can afford it. take the sign on bonus. DON'T cash it. Put it in you safety deposit box or a safe. Then if it works out later great! celebrate and cash it. If it don't work out. Just give them the check back and move on. just an idea!!
