Sigma Theta Tau International

Hi Guys,

I recieved an invitation to join the honor society due to a certain GPA that I have, but I'm not too sure what good will it do for me..

Does anyone know if this will "help" me graduate with honors on my graduation day? :specs:

What are the benefits of joining, if any?

Will future employers look at that on my resume?

I'm in Sigma Theta Tau and I haven't done anything with it. I wore the purple and white cords (not included in the initiation fee) at graduation and got the membership card and a certificate that's about it. I get their weekly literature sent to my email but I usually don't read it. It felt good when I got inducted but that's about it....
